In order for our clients to understand the body's movement, rhythm and posture, we teach meditative forms of exercise in which one focuses on each action with an emphasis on deep, coordinated breathing. We train the mind and body to work together toward the goal of overall fitness.

The physical and mental conditioning that results from regular Body Balance workouts restores the body to its natural balance, infusing the body with increased strength, flexibility, stamina and vitality.
